Food in school
In Mountnessing School we offer a wide range of meals for lunch. These are all cooked on site by our wonderful chef, Charlotte.
If your child has an allergy, please contact the school office for an allergen form to complete. This information will be sent on to Chef Charlotte who will do all she can to ensure we can accommodate as best we can.
Children may bring in packed lunches, but as we are a healthy school, we ask that these are healthy and follow the guidelines set out here: https://www.nhs.uk/healthier-families/recipes/healthier-lunchboxes/
Any sweets and chocolates will be removed and given back to the child at home time.
Please be aware that we do not allow nuts or products containing nuts into our school due to allergies in children and staff.
