Parent Communication Pathway
Message for Parents - Working Together for Your Child's Success
We value strong partnerships between home and school.
To support staff wellbeing and help teachers focus on teaching and learning, parents will no longer have direct access to teachers via email.
From September, emails sent directly to teachers will not receive a response. Instead, please send all enquiries through the school office, who will ensure that your message reaches the most appropriate member of staff.
As part of our transition to trust-wide systems, teacher email addresses will be moving to new trust accounts and existing school email addresses will no longer be in use for parent communication.
We understand that this is a change to previous practice, and we appreciate your support and understanding. By routing communication through the office, we can ensure enquiries are managed efficiently, responses are tracked appropriately and staff workload is protected.
If you have a question, concern or need to share information, please contact the school through the appropriate communication channels as directed below. Messages will be directed to the relevant member of staff and responded to within the school's usual communication timescales.
