Music

Through the teaching of music, children will be inspired by a range of music covering a wide variety of musical genres. Children will develop new musical skills and concepts, and re-visit established musical skills and concepts. Children will participate in musical activities through listening, appraising, creating, composing and performing music. Children will be inspired to find their voices as singers, performers and composers. This will be shared through collective worship, key stage performances and class assemblies.

We use Charanga as a music scheme of work.
