Through the teaching of Design Technology the children will be provided with a real life context for learning. The children will be able to share and celebrate their creative skills using a range of different materials. They will design purposeful, functional, appealing products for themselves and other users based on design criteria. Children will develop, model and communicate their ideas through talking, drawing, templates, mock-ups and, where appropriate, information and communication technology.

We want the children to aspire to be more technological through creating opportunities for them in the wider world.
